On December 17, the University President visited the food processing facility of the Department of Biotechnology, accompanied by several university administrators, to gain first-hand insight into the department’s achievements in food research, development, and hands-on practice.
During the visit, the President and accompanying administrators sampled blueberry jam and beer products jointly developed by faculty and students, expressing high praise for their flavor profiles and overall research and development outcomes.
The visit fully demonstrated the Department of Biotechnology’s success in integrating theoretical knowledge with practical instruction, while also highlighting the department’s continued efforts and accomplishments in food research and teaching innovation.
